  Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

  Shopping at riderplus.com.au is safe. Our site is protected by SSL encryption technology.
   
  I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
 

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. (Returns must be in original condition and in the state you received them and in the original box.)

Using a good carton, return package via insured Courier Post Mail or other Parcel Carrier of your choice. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a note stating purchaser's name, address and approximate date of purchase.

Keep a record of your shipment until you have received a credit, refund, or replacement. For additional information on our return policies, please contact our Customer Service department at 61 3 9497 1655, or e-mail us.

   
  How long will it be before I receive my order?
  For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-7 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses.
   
  What forms of payment do you accept?
  We currently accept Visa and MasterCard for all orders.
   
  How do I order items with Cheques or Money Orders?
  At this time we do not accept Cheques or Money Orders. Please contact us for special requests.
   
  Do you ship to addresses outside Australia?
  Yes, shipping charges outside of Australia by application.
   
  Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
  Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes, but if your order is over $1000.00 it has to be shipped to a Residential or Business address.
   
  What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
  The cost of standard shipping is AU$10.00. This charge may vary from time to time and depending on goods to be shipped.
   
  When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
  Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa and MasterCard for credit card payments.
   
  Do you do back orders?
  Rider + does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.
