I want to return my purchase! What do I do? |

If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. (Returns must be in original condition and in the state you received them and in the original box.)
Using a good carton, return package via insured Courier Post Mail or other Parcel Carrier of your choice. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a note stating purchaser's name, address and approximate date of purchase.

How long will it be before I receive my order? |

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3-7 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to rural addresses. |

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes, but if your order is over $1000.00 it has to be shipped to a Residential or Business address. |

What do you charge for standard shipping an order? |

When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong? |

Please double check the credit card number and expiration date on your card. Also, please be aware that we currently accept Visa and MasterCard for credit card payments. |

Do you do back orders? |
| |
Rider + does not do back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested. |
